Admission Process

Registration Procedure:

• Registration Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the School Office before the end of Registration period. Date for interaction will be given at the time of Registration.

1) Admission Procedure

• Admission for Nursery to Class 1 will be on the basis of interaction.
• An Apitude Assessment for students seeking admission from Class 2 and upwards
• Candidate who clear the assessment will be called for an interaction.
• parents must pay the fee by the scheduled date to reserve their ward's seat.
• Parents are requeted to carefully fill and submit the Admission Form, Tranportation detail and Medical detail at the time of payment of fee.
• The date of birth of the child is required to be supported by Birth Certificate in original issued by the Municipal Corporation/ Local Body as applicable alongwith a certified Photostate copy Original Transfer Certificate is required from the previous school for students secking admission in Class 2 and above.
• The child will be granted an identity Card only after all forms are duly filled in and the admission formalities are completed

Procedure for Fee payment:

• Fee of 1st term to be paid at the time of Admission/New Session or by 10th of April 2023.
• Fee of 2nd term by 10th July 2023.
• Fee of 3rd term by 10th October 2023.
• Fee of 4th term by 10th Jnauary 2023.
• Tution Fee Bus Fee is payable in Cash/Cheque in favour of Delhi World Public School, Ashta.
• The name of ward, class,Admission No. and Phone No. of the parent should be written at the back of the Cheque.
• Those using the school transport must ensure that the correct amount is paid while depositing the fee.
• Parents also have the option to deposit the fee for the whole year in advance.
• Quarterly Fee is due for payment by the 10th of the above mentioned months. A fine of Rs 10/- per day will be levied from the 11 of the month till all dues are cleared. In case a fee Cheque is dishonored by the bank for the reason, a penalty of Rs200/- will be charged.
• A students will be entitled for all examination only all dues of the school are cleared.
• Cashless mode of Payment for Fees can be done through *Card Payment *Paytm

Withdrawal Rules/T.C

• Application for Withdrawal is to made on a prescribed proforma available at the School Office No child can be withdrawn till a request from parents is put up. Verbal and Telephonic conversation will not beconsidered.
• The application to be submitted before the commencement of the New session Otherwise the fee till then for next Session will be charged.
• No fee will be returned in case of absence or failure.
• Transfer Certificate will be issued after 15days the receipt of the applications and clearance of all dues.
